We did not choose construction as a market. It is our industry.
Restruct comes from Galdiero Systems with one clear goal: a management software built around the way construction companies actually work.
Before the software, there was construction. And there still is.
Restruct did not come out of a market analysis. It comes from direct experience in the construction industry.
For over twenty years we have worked in construction, managing public and private sites, crews, suppliers, accounting, paperwork and all the decisions that shape a company's schedules, costs and margins every day.
It was by working in the field that we saw how much time is lost to spreadsheets, software that does not talk to each other, documents searched for in three different places and information that lives in one person's head.
When we looked for a tool that could hold it all together, we could not find one. So we started building it.
That is where Restruct comes from: the need for a tool conceived by people who know the construction site and designed around the way a construction company really works.
What Restruct is
Restruct is the ERP for construction companies developed by Galdiero Systems to bring every area of the business together in a single system.
It brings sites, bills of quantities, quotes, people, suppliers, warehouse, documents, invoicing and accounting together in a single environment. Every piece of information is entered once and stays connected to everything else.
It works in the office and on site, on the web and on smartphones. It includes Janus, the AI agent that knows construction and your company's data.

Janus works alongside the company, using its data and construction-specific knowledge to find information, analyse documents and support everyday work.Behind Restruct is Galdiero Systems.
Galdiero Systems is the software house that designs and develops Restruct. We build vertical software: tools designed for one specific industry, starting from the real processes of the people who work in it every day.
Restruct is one of the products developed within the Galdiero Systems ecosystem. It will not be the only one.

- Next softwarein development
We don't build features because they look good on a list.
Every part of Restruct starts from a problem we have seen on site or in the office. Technology comes later: first comes knowing how work gets done in construction, who does what and where information gets lost.
- 01
A real problem
We start from a task that costs time or causes errors today. - 02
Observation
We watch how it really happens, in the office and on site. - 03
Design
We design the simplest possible flow for the people who use it. - 04
Development
We build it connected to the rest of Restruct's data. - 05
Use
We put it in companies' hands and listen. - 06
Improvement
We fix, simplify and start again.
It did not all happen at once.
Restruct has changed many times since we first started imagining it. We designed, developed, got things wrong, started again from scratch and kept on building. This is the path that brought us here.
- October 2021The ideaThe idea of Restruct is born: a single tool that makes the day-to-day running of a construction company simpler and brings order to sites, documents, people and information.
- December 2021The first screensBefore writing any code we start designing Restruct, drawing the first screens and imagining how to organise the company's many activities in a single environment.
- March 2022The first lines of codeThe idea starts to become a product. We develop the first version of Restruct in PHP and begin turning the first workflows into real features.
- September 2022The first launch attemptWe publish Restruct's first teaser and launch a crowdfunding campaign to fund its development. It does not work. We keep going anyway.
- October 2022The first interested companiesRestruct leaves our offices for the first time. Some construction companies start taking an interest in the project and discussing their needs with us.
- March 2023Starting overWe realise the first architecture is not the right one for what we want to build. We make a drastic decision: we drop the PHP version and rewrite Restruct from scratch with Node.js and React.
- January 2024Restruct enters companiesThe new version is ready to use. The first companies start running part of their daily work through Restruct.
- September 2024A new identityRestruct grows and changes beyond the code too. We introduce a new logo and a new visual identity, and we redesign the product's interface.
- February 2025Galdiero Systems is foundedThe project becomes a company. Galdiero Systems, the company that develops Restruct and leads its evolution, is officially founded.
- March 2025The first customersThe first customers of Galdiero Systems arrive. Restruct moves for good from an internal project to a product used by other construction companies.
- February 2026Janus arrivesJanus joins Restruct in beta: the AI agent designed to know construction, understand the company's context and work with its data is born. After months of development, testing and improvements, it becomes official in September 2026 with its first stable version.
- April 2026Restruct arrives on iOSRestruct comes to the iPhone. The ERP leaves the office and puts an ever larger share of on-site work on the smartphone.
- August 2026Restruct arrives on AndroidWith its release on Google Play, the Restruct mobile app becomes available on Android too, bringing the ERP to the devices used every day in the office and on site.
- September 2026Restruct meets the SdIRestruct is connected directly to the SdI, Italy's e-invoicing exchange system. E-invoicing moves into the ERP and becomes part of the same flow that connects the rest of the company.
- Next...We are already designing the next stepRestruct is not a finished product. We keep developing it from the daily work of the companies that use it and from the problems we face ourselves in the construction industry.
We grew more slowly. By choice.
Restruct was not born with a big investment round behind it.
While other projects in the industry were able to accelerate thanks to investors and outside capital, we took a different path: we kept working in construction, running our own sites and investing step by step in developing the product.
That meant growing more slowly, especially at the start. But it let us build Restruct while living every day the same problems we want to solve.
We chose to spend our time building the product and working with companies, rather than building Restruct around the need to raise capital.
Today we follow the same principle: the product comes first, everything else after.
Vertical ERPs that talk to each other.
We want to build an ecosystem of ERPs, each specialised in one industry, sharing data, identity and tools. A company using several Galdiero Systems products should never have to enter the same information twice.
Restruct is the first step.
